We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Legislation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and you will always have the opportunity to opt-out. Third Parties including PayPal and Stripe whose content appears on their site may use third-party Cookies. Please note that we do not control the activities of such third parties, nor the data that they collect and use themselves, and advise you to check the privacy policies of any such third parties.

1.) To better serve you (Day to day operations)

This means that processing your personal data will allow us to be able to process your orders and refunds. Wisteria will not be able to provide you with any products or services if we do not have the required data (Name, address, bank, and card payment details)
